FOR ATLANTA REAL ESTATE AGENTS

Every listing looks the same.Yours does not have to.

You already know the market. We make sure the market knows you, with a brand and a set of listing stories a buyer remembers after they close the tab.

Range of View Studios is an Atlanta creative studio that builds brand identities, websites, and listing content for real estate agents and brokerages.

01The problem

What's actually getting in the way

Your headshot is doing all the work

A photo, a logo from a template, and the same three fonts every other agent in the metro uses. Nothing in it tells a seller why their listing should be yours.

Great listings, forgettable presence

You shoot beautiful homes, then post them the same way the agent down the street does. The property carries the moment. Your name does not stick.

Leads come in and go cold

The inquiry lands, the day gets busy, and by the time you reply the buyer has moved on. A slow, manual follow-up quietly loses deals you already paid to win.

A brokerage that blends in

If you run a firm, your agents each look like their own small business. There is no shared identity holding the roster together, so the brand never compounds.

The blend-in cost

What does looking like everyone else cost you?

1 of 3

How many listings do you take in a year?

An estimate from the numbers you set, not a Range of View performance claim. You choose the share you think slips away; the math just multiplies it out. It is a way to size the deals a stronger brand and faster follow-up are competing to keep.

02How it works

What changes when the brand does the work

The generic agent presence

  • Template logo, stock fonts, a headshot on repeat
  • Listings posted as raw photos, no throughline
  • Contact form that emails you, and nothing else
  • Buyers cannot tell you apart from the next agent

A branded agent or brokerage presence

  • One identity across sign, feed, site, and deck
  • Every listing told as a short, consistent story
  • Inquiries answered in minutes by an automated first touch
  • Your name is the thing people remember, not just the house
You did not lose that deal on price or on the house. You lost it to a slow inbox.

03What we build

What we'd build for you

Agent & brokerage identity

A name treatment, mark, color, and type system that reads as yours across a yard sign, an Instagram grid, and a listing deck. Built to hold up whether it is one agent or a full roster.

A site that converts, not just displays

A fast, clean website where the story leads and the contact path is obvious. Built to capture the inquiry and route it somewhere, not just sit pretty.

Listing stories & content

Photo, motion, and copy that frame a home as an experience, not a spec sheet. The same footage, cut for the feed, the tour, and the follow-up email.

Follow-up that does not sleep

The creative-tech piece: automated replies and reminders so a new lead hears back in minutes, not the next afternoon. The design gets the lead. The system keeps it.

The full story

The full picture, chapter by chapter

Atlanta has thousands of licensed agents, and from a buyer's phone most of them look identical. Same template site, same headshot, same three fonts, the same listing photos posted the same way. The market is not short on agents. It is short on agents a buyer can tell apart. That is a branding problem before it is a marketing problem, and it is the one we solve.

We are Range of View Studios, an Atlanta creative studio. We build brand identity, websites, listing content, and the follow-up systems that sit behind them, for agents and brokerages who are tired of looking like everyone else on the market. The goal is simple to say and harder to do: a presence people remember after they close the tab.

A logo is one small part of how a seller decides to trust you. The real brand is the sum of everything they see: the yard sign, the Instagram grid, the listing deck, the site, the way you follow up. When those pieces are built together, they compound. Each listing makes the next one land harder because the frame is already familiar. When they are stitched together from templates, nothing compounds. Every post starts from zero.

So we start with a system, not a graphic. A name treatment, a mark, a color and type palette, and the templates that carry them into the places you actually show up. Whether you are a single agent or a firm with a roster, the system is built to hold. For a solo agent it makes you read like an institution. For a brokerage it gives every agent a shared frame without flattening their own name into it.

You already shoot beautiful homes. The problem is what happens next. Most agents post a gallery of photos and let the property carry the moment. It works once, then it evaporates, because the house did the talking and your name never entered the room.

We treat each listing as a short story with a consistent voice. Photo, motion, and copy, framed as an experience a buyer can imagine living in, cut once and delivered everywhere it needs to go: the feed, the tour, the follow-up email. Because video and content is one of our four practice areas, the team that built your brand is the team cutting your listing reels, in that brand. One look, one voice, from the sign in the yard to the reel on the phone.

Here is the part most agents underrate. Nearly half of online real estate inquiries never get a reply, and the average response takes around fifteen hours. By then the buyer has messaged three other agents and booked with the first one who answered. You did not lose that deal on price or on the house. You lost it to a slow inbox.

This is where our creative-tech practice earns its place. We set up an automated first touch, so a new lead hears back within minutes, feels seen, and stays warm until you can pick it up yourself. The brand and the site bring the lead to the door. The follow-up system makes sure someone is home. Designing both together, by one team, is the whole point. A gorgeous site that emails you and does nothing else is a leak with a nice paint job.

We scope before we quote. A single agent refreshing an identity and site is a different project from a brokerage rolling a system across a roster, and we price to the outcome rather than a shelf package. We start by looking honestly at what you already have. Sometimes the mark is fine and the real issue is everything around it. We will tell you what to keep, what to rebuild, and what it will take, before you commit to anything.

From there the work moves through the practice areas as the project needs them. Identity first, so there is a system to build on. Then the site, built to capture and route inquiries rather than just display them. Then the listing content, cut in the brand. Then the follow-up automation behind it. You do not have to take all of it. But when you do, the pieces are designed to fit, because they were drawn by the same hands.

We are here, and we build for how this market actually behaves. The neighborhoods, the price bands, the pace of the metro, the way buyers move between the suburbs and the core. A brand that feels generic on a national template feels flat here. We would rather make something that could only be yours, in this city, and let that be the reason a seller picks you over the next name on the list.

If your headshot is doing all the work, let's fix that. Tell us where you are today and we will tell you what we would build.

Why us

We have already built the real estate version of this

We wrote the playbook on why Atlanta agents lose deals after the lead comes in, and built the website and follow-up system that fixes it. The branding and storytelling sit on top of that same foundation, so the presence that wins attention and the system that captures it are designed together, by one team.

The playbook

We wrote why Atlanta agents lose deals after the lead comes in.

The system

The website and follow-up that fixes it, already built and running.

The brand

Storytelling that sits on that same foundation, not bolted on afterwards.

One team

The presence that wins attention and the system that captures it, designed together.

FAQ

Still have questions?

Let's discuss your project and bring your vision to life.

It depends on scope, so we scope it with you before quoting. A single agent refreshing an identity and site is a very different project from a brokerage rolling a system across a roster. We price the work to the outcome, not a package tier, and we tell you the range before you commit anything.

Not always. Sometimes the mark is fine and the problem is everything around it: inconsistent fonts, no listing template, a site that hides the story. We start by looking at what you have and telling you honestly what to keep.

Both. The identity system is built to scale either way. For a solo agent it makes you look like an institution. For a brokerage it gives every agent a shared frame without erasing their own name.

Yes, that is the creative-tech side of what we do. We set up an automated first touch so a new inquiry hears back in minutes, then hands off to you warm. Design brings the lead in, the system keeps it from going cold.

We do. Video, motion, and content is one of our four practice areas, so the same team that builds your brand can cut your listing stories in that brand. One look, one voice, from the sign to the reel.
