Your brand stops at the logo.Your customers don't.
Most businesses buy a logo, then send a confirmation email that looks like a 2009 receipt. We build the identity and the places it has to survive.

The gap
Design studios make beautiful things that sit still. Automation shops make working things that look cheap.
What you were sold
A logo, a palette, a guidelines document, and a website. All of it good. All of it stopping at the moment a customer actually becomes a customer.
What they actually see
A plain-text confirmation from a tool you set up once. A receipt with a stretched logo. A thank-you page that says “Success!” and nothing else. A review request three weeks late.
Agencies do identity. Software does email. Almost nobody does both, so the seam between them is where the money leaks. Not in the traffic. The automated email that goes out at 11pm should look like it came from the same company as the website. That only happens when the same people build both.
The Full View
Five moments, and the gaps between them
Most shops see one slice. These are the five points where someone meets your business, and every one of them either sounds like you or doesn't.
- 01 · Found
They can actually find you.
Search, maps, and the profile you never finished filling out. If you are invisible here, nothing downstream matters.
- 02 · Captured
The visit turns into a contact.
A site that asks for the right thing at the right moment, on a form that works on a phone in one hand.
- 03 · Answered
Someone replies before they move on.
Speed is the experience. A reply in thirty seconds and a reply in three hours are different businesses to the person waiting.
- 04 · Nurtured
You stay in the room without nagging.
Sequences that sound like you wrote them, sent because something happened, not because a calendar said Tuesday.
- 05 · Kept
They come back, and they tell someone.
Receipts, thank-you pages, and review requests that look like the same company they chose in the first place.
What you get
Both halves, from the same studio

Projects start at $2,500 and we don't discount below it. A focused refresh for an established business usually lands between $2,500 and $6,000; a full identity with the touchpoints wired up runs higher depending on how many surfaces you actually have. We'll give you a real number after the audit, and we'll say plainly if you need less than you think.

Let's discuss your project and bring your vision to life.
A full identity covers naming (if you need it), a primary logo and its variations, a type system, a color palette with accessible contrast pairs, and written guidelines so the whole thing survives contact with real use. Where we differ from most studios is that we don't stop at the guidelines document. We carry the identity into the places customers actually see it: your website, your confirmation emails, your receipts, your thank-you pages. A logo nobody applies consistently is decoration, not a brand.
Our floor is $2,500, and we don't discount below it. A focused identity refresh for an established business typically lands between $2,500 and $6,000. A full identity built from nothing, with naming, a complete system, and the customer-facing touchpoints wired up, generally runs $6,000 to $15,000 depending on how many surfaces need to be built. We'll give you a specific number after we understand how many touchpoints you actually have.
Usually the second one, and we'll tell you so. Most businesses that think they need a rebrand have a perfectly serviceable logo attached to a broken experience: a website that looks nothing like the business card, a confirmation email that looks like a 2009 receipt, a thank-you page that says nothing. That's not an identity problem, it's an application problem, and it's cheaper to fix. We'd rather do the smaller correct job than sell you the bigger wrong one.
We build and ship them. Designing a beautiful email template and handing it over as a PDF is how most agencies leave the job half done. We set up the actual sequences in your platform, whether that's Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or something else, and we test them end to end. The automated email that goes out at 11pm should look like it came from the same company as your website. That only happens if the same people do both.
Found, Captured, Answered, Nurtured, and Kept. Those are the five points where a customer meets your business: how they find you, how you capture their interest, how fast you answer, how you stay in touch, and what makes them come back. Most studios work on one slice, usually the first. We call the whole thing the Full View, because the money leaks in the gaps between those moments, not in the traffic.
A focused refresh takes 3 to 4 weeks. A full identity with naming and touchpoint build-out runs 6 to 10 weeks. The variable is almost never the design work, it's how many surfaces we're carrying the identity onto and how quickly you can get us access to the platforms where your emails and forms live. We'll give you a timeline during scoping, and we'd rather quote honestly than quote fast.
Yes, and often that's the right call. If your mark is sound, we keep it and build the system around it: type, color, spacing rules, and the touchpoints it was never applied to. Redrawing a logo that works is an expensive way to feel productive. We'll say plainly whether yours is worth keeping.
Where does your brand stop?
Tell us what you have and what your customers actually see after they buy. We'll tell you honestly which gaps are worth fixing and roughly what it would take. No pitch deck, just a conversation.
